THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS WHO WILL BE SUBSTITUTING ON A TCUL ULTIMATE TEAM.
Substitute players participating on a TCUL league team need to complete this individual player registration where they will electronically sign any pertinent waivers and agree to our organization's health and wellness policies. Individual players will be required to sign participation and health waivers. Substitute players must complete registration before any participation as a sub on a TCUL team.
